Workspaces are built for agencies managing LinkedIn outreach for multiple clients. Each workspace is a completely separate environment with its own subscriptions, accounts, lists, and campaigns. Nothing is shared between workspaces, so your clients stay fully isolated from one another.

πŸ’³Subscriptions

Billed per workspace

πŸ‘€LinkedIn Accounts

Not shared across workspaces

🎯Leads and Lists

Fully client-isolated

πŸš€Campaigns

Independent per workspace

1. Click the Workspace Icon

In the top left corner of the Ornn dashboard, click the ⬑ Workspace icon button. This opens the workspace popover showing all your existing workspaces and options to manage them.

2. Click "Create Workspace"

Inside the workspace popover, click the + Create Workspace button. A name input field will appear for you to set up your new workspace.

3. Name Your Workspace

Enter a name for your new workspace. For agencies, it's best practice to name workspaces after the client they represent so you can switch between them quickly without confusion - for example "Acme Corp" or "Client A Outreach".

πŸ’‘You can rename a workspace at any time, so don't worry too much about getting it perfect right now.

4. Switch to Your New Workspace

Once created, your new workspace will appear in the workspace popover. Click it to switch into it. The dashboard will reload as a fresh, empty environment ready for you to set up accounts, lists, and campaigns for that client.

πŸ”„You can switch between workspaces at any time by clicking the workspace icon in the top left. The currently active workspace is shown with a filled indicator.

🏒Workspace created!

Your new workspace is ready. Start by adding a LinkedIn account and creating a leads list, then set up your first campaign for this client.
