If you can't find what you need in the help center, the Ornn team is on hand to help. You can reach us directly through the in-app chat window, which also gives you quick access to our full library of help articles.
1. Open the Settings Modal
From anywhere inside the Ornn dashboard, click the β Settings icon in the navigation to open the Settings modal.

β2. Click the Help Icon
In the header area of the Settings modal, click the ? Help icon button. This opens the support chat window directly inside the app.

β3. Browse Articles or Send a Message
The chat window gives you two ways to get help:
Browse help articles β search and read our help center documentation without leaving the app
Message the team β type your question and a member of the Ornn team will get back to you

Live support hours: 9am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday
π‘Messages sent outside of support hours will be picked up first thing the next working day. You will always receive a reply within 24 hours.
