The leads table shows all the prospects across your workspace. As your lists grow, filters let you quickly zero in on exactly the leads you need β whether that's checking who's replied, reviewing AI-generated messages that need approval, or viewing leads from a specific list.
β
β1. Click the Filters Icon
In the leads table view, click the β Filters icon button. A filter panel will open where you can adjust your view by status and list.
β
β2. Filter by Status or List
You can filter the table using two options β Status and List. Use them individually or together to narrow your view.
βFilter by Status β choose from four options:
βAll: Shows every lead across your workspace, regardless of where they are in the outreach process.
βNot Connected: Leads who have not yet accepted your connection request. These are still in the early stage of your campaign sequence.
βProposed: Leads who have a message crafted by Ornn's AI that is waiting for your approval before it gets sent. When AI personalization is used, messages are held for review rather than sent immediately. If only your message template was used β with no AI β the message sends straight away without needing approval.
βReplied: Leads who have responded to one of your messages. Use this filter to quickly see who's engaged and ready for a follow-up conversation.
βFilter by List β select one or more of your leads lists to show only the prospects that belong to those lists. Useful when you're managing multiple clients or campaigns side by side.
π‘Status and List filters work together β for example, you can filter to Proposed messages within a specific list to review and approve AI-drafted messages for just one client at a time.
β
β3. No Results? Check the Info Bar
If your selected filter combination returns no leads, Ornn will display an info status bar at the top of the page letting you know there are no results for your current filters.
β
βΉοΈNo leads match your current filters. Try adjusting your status or list selection.
This isn't an error β it simply means no leads currently match that combination. Try broadening your filters or switching to All to see your full leads table again.
β
π―Filters applied!
Your leads table is now showing exactly what you need. Switch between filters at any time β changes apply instantly with no page reload.
